And? What did you find today in your boots, when you woke up?
Last night we all prepared our boots.
The big ones. And the small ones.
We even put some lights around them… so that Saint Nicolaus can find them easier 😊
The kids were planning to sleep next to the front door, so that Saint Nicholas cannot enter without waking them up 😊
They hardly managed to fall asleep because of the enthusiasm and expectancy!
Today, our boots were filled with oranges, nuts, sweets and peanuts.
Because that is what I always found as a kid… and that’s how we keep the tradition in our family.
